An ode to my city. Austin, TX. In the song "Ether", Nas said, "God Son across the belly, I prove you lost already". Across the belly means a stomach tattoo. Even though I don't have the word Austin on my stomach, I plan to. Hence the hook and the title. "(Austin) Across The Belly".

P.S. Home Slice pizza really is a place that out of towner's like to visit in order to "taste" Austin, TX. To me it's a tourist attraction. The pizza isn't even that good. I tried a slice at the age of 27 for the first time in my life and I think I'll stick to Pizza Hut or Totino's. I'm just saying.
